Finu Cherian, MC, RCC

My Vision

To provide ethical, effective, and quality counselling customized to each client’s unique needs.

My Mission

To transform suffering to wisdom, freedom, and a purposeful life.

My Goal

To support you in your current distress, help you uncover its root cause, gain insights, and free yourself from the false narratives that feeds it, so that you can lead a joyful and purposeful life.

Suppressed emotions are often at the root of chronic unhappiness, underneath which you will often find shame. Shame may be a gentle hum in the background, but it can constrict our lives in powerful ways. Counselling can facilitate the transformation from an unhappy life to a joyful life.

  • "Exceptional. Warm. Gentle. Endlessly patient. With Finu’s support, I am taking steps that I did not think was possible for me. I am inspired by Finu’s strength and quick wit. Nothing escapes her. LOL."

    - L, British Columbia

  • "I am a White man. Before I started seeing Finu, I was afraid and hopeless and suicidal. We didn’t talk about feelings in my family. My life is a lot different now as I look forward to life and trying new things. My wife appreciates how affectionate I have become because Finu gave me courage to ask for what I want. Now we both communicate what we want from each other and our relationship is strong. I hope she becomes a couple’s therapist. She also has a way of gently explaining things in a way that I can understand. She is a great teacher."
